Esensial Hemat Campaign – Terms & Conditions
  1. Eligible employees can use their earned wages to redeem for essential items via the Khasbon app with the Esensial Hemat campaign.
  2. This campaign is organised by Khasbon and is open to selected employees whose companies have been onboarded and approved to participate in the Esensial Hemat Campaign.
  3. All essential items offered in this campaign must first be reviewed and approved by the user’s company before any orders can be placed. This approval requirement does not apply to grocery items and mobile top-up redemptions. Khasbon is not responsible for any approval, rejection, or internal company policies regarding item selection, payment, or distribution.
  4. Orders will be delivered to the user’s company address by default. Alternatively, users may choose a different delivery address with an additional delivery fee. Delivery will be arranged once Khasbon confirms the final list of approved items.
  5. Only users who have fulfilled the campaign eligibility requirements as determined by Khasbon are allowed to participate in this campaign.
  6. Each user may redeem multiple products within a calendar month; however, each type of product may only be redeemed once (1) per month.
  7. All redemptions are processed on a per-order basis. Khasbon will only begin processing an order for essential goods after a user has successfully completed a redemption in the app.
  8. Khasbon will not be held responsible for failed or misdirected deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the user.
  9. Once an order is placed, the user cannot cancel, refund, or exchange it. However, Khasbon reserves the right to review or make adjustments at its sole discretion when necessary.
  10. Orders placed before Thursday, 8:00 PM (Indonesia Time) will be processed and scheduled for delivery on the following Monday (working day).
  11. Orders placed after Thursday, 8:00 PM (Indonesia Time) will be included in the next delivery cycle, and delivered the Monday after next.
  12. Users may place orders or redeem items on any day of the week, but the delivery date will strictly follow the schedule mentioned above.
  13. If Monday is a public holiday or non-working day, delivery will be arranged on the next available working day.
  14. Khasbon reserves the right to adjust the delivery date or schedule in the event of unforeseen circumstances, logistics disruptions, or company closures.
  15. Khasbon also reserves the right to change the delivery date without prior notice when deemed necessary due to internal operations or other valid reasons.
  16. Mobile Topups
    • Each user is entitled to redeem mobile top-ups once (1) per calendar month.
    • After redemption in the Khasbon app, the mobile top-up will be processed and credited within one (1) to two (2) working days.
    • Users may place redemptions on any day of the week, but processing will strictly follow working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
    • Khasbon reserves the right to adjust the processing timeline in the event of unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or company closures.
    • Khasbon also reserves the right to change the processing timeline without prior notice when deemed necessary due to internal operations or other valid reasons.
  17. All products are subject to availability and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Khasbon reserves the right to discontinue the offer once stocks are depleted, without any obligation to provide a replacement, refund, or cash alternative.
  18. The essential items offered through this campaign are strictly for personal use and cannot be resold or transferred in exchange for monetary or non-monetary value.
  19. This campaign is available for a limited time only, and while stocks last.
  20. Khasbon reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the campaign or any part of it at any time without prior notice.
  21. Any fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive activity will result in disqualification from the campaign and forfeiture of the order.
  22. Users participating in the Esensial Hemat campaign are required to provide a testimonial, which may include images or videos, for marketing purposes. Failure to do so will result in disqualification from future campaigns.
  23. Khasbon reserves the right to use any testimonials, images, or videos related to the reward as marketing materials.
  24. If a user forfeits or fails to complete the purchase after selection, the offer will be considered void and will not be replaced or reassigned.
  25. Any taxes or other government charges related to the items redeemed through this campaign will be the responsibility of the user.
  26. If a user leaves their company after being selected or before item delivery, the item may be forfeited at the discretion of Khasbon.
  27. If the user does not respond to communication from Khasbon or customer service within 3 days, the item may be forfeited.
  28. Khasbon reserves the right to withhold or forfeit items if the user’s company fails to make timely or complete payments to Khasbon.
  29. Once forfeited by the user, the item will not be replaced or reissued under any circumstances.
  30. By participating in this campaign, users acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
