Terms & Conditions: Insurance Program
  1. The Insurance Plan & Eligibility
    1. The Insurance Plan: This campaign offers eligible users an insurance plan underwritten by Generali Insurance Malaysia Berhad. The specific terms, coverage, and exclusions of the policy are determined by the insurer.
    2. Product Disclosure Sheet: The full terms, benefits, coverage, and exclusions of the insurance plan are detailed in the official Product Disclosure Sheet (PDS) provided by Generali Insurance Malaysia Berhad. All users are required to read and agree to the PDS and policy wording before enrollment. Khasbon is not responsible for the contents of these documents.
    3. Eligibility: This insurance coverage plan is available only to active Khasbon users who are currently on one of Khasbon's subscription-based plans on that same month. Eligibility is contingent on the user's employer maintaining an active, paid subscription with Khasbon. If the employer's subscription lapses or is terminated, this insurance benefit will be forfeited.
    4. Redemption Limit: This coverage plan is strictly limited to one (1) insurance product per eligible user.
    5. Subject to Insurer's Approval: All enrollments are subject to the final approval, verification, and underwriting criteria of the third-party insurer. Khasbon does not control, influence, or take responsibility for this approval process.
    6. Non-Transferable: This insurance is strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted to cash or any other form of value.
  2. Enrollment & Policy Delivery
    1. Delivery: The insurance policy will be delivered or credited starting from the 15th of the following month after eligibility is confirmed by both Khasbon and the insurer.
    2. Testimonial Requirement: Selected companies are required to have their employees provide a testimonial to complete the enrollment process. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the insurance plan.
    3. Forfeiture: If the user leaves the company after being selected, the insurance will automatically be forfeited. Once forfeited, the insurance will not be replaced or reissued under any circumstances.
  3. Legal & Other Terms
    1. Use of Testimonials: Khasbon reserves the right to use any testimonials, images, or videos related to this insurance benefit as marketing materials.
    2. Data Privacy and Consent: By participating in this campaign, you consent to Khasbon collecting, using, and disclosing your personal data for the purposes of managing this campaign, coordinating your enrollment with the third-party insurer, and as further described in our Privacy Policy.
    3. Taxes: Any taxes or other government charges related to this insurance benefit will be the responsibility of the user to pay.
    4. Product Inquiries and Claims: All inquiries regarding specific product details, coverage, and all matters related to the claims process must be directed to the third-party insurer. Khasbon is not an insurance agent and is not authorized to provide any insurance advice or manage claims.
    5. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Khasbon shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury whatsoever which is suffered or sustained, in connection with participation in this campaign, the enrollment, or the insurance product itself.
    6. General: Khasbon reserves the right to modify or terminate this campaign at any time. Any fraudulent or suspicious activity may result in disqualification.
    7. Agreement to Terms: By participating in this campaign and redeeming this insurance, users acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
